Alexa, play “Sandcastles in the Sand” by Robin Sparkles…
Set in the beach town of Cannon Cove, Oregon, Hallmark Channel‘s A Castle of Our Own channels sandy, summer fun through a sandcastle competition that just might bring a woman and her daughter together, but also might bring that woman a new love story. The new movie centers on “overworked architect” Marley (Erica Cerra). After she meets a contractor named Adam (Brennan Elliott), he reminds her to live for herself and the people she loves as opposed to solely her job.
A Castle of Our Own wraps up Hallmark’s Summer Nights movie lineup, following The Greek Aisle, Texas Two-Step, and The Love Heist. Next up? Christmas in July, which not only brings a merry movie marathon of Christmas movies past and four new ones to join Hallmark’s Christmassy catalog, but also a new season of Christmas at Sea on Hallmark+.
But before you hear those sleigh bells jingling (and ring-ting-tingling, too), stay in a sunny mindset and check out our A Castle of Our Own cast guide.
Warning: Light spoilers for A Castle of Our Own, premiering tonight on Hallmark Channel at 8 p.m., with next-day streaming on Hallmark+.
