After first reporting that Dakota Johnson had listed her 3,210-square-foot historic Hollywood Hills home for $6 million, Page Six Hollywood has now learned that it sold just slightly below asking ($5.92 million) and that the deal officially closed on Monday.

Situated above the Chateau Marmont on Marmont Avenue, the three-bedroom, three-bath home — built by Architect Carl Maston in 1947 where he lived with his family — was only on the market for six days before it went into escrow.

Johnson bought the home in 2016 for $3.55 million, and its previous owner was TV mega-producer Ryan Murphy. So she’s turned a nifty $2 million-plus profit on the place.

In 2020 she famously opened the home’s doors to Architectural Digest, which featured it on the cover. In design circles, the house became known for its mix of poured concrete, wood-framed glass walls and exposed-beam ceilings.

But while fielding questions for a video to accompany the AD print story, the “Madame Web” star gestured toward a bowl of limes on a kitchen counter and told the camera: “I love limes… I love them so much and I like to present them like this in my house.”

She later copped to fudging her love of limes during a subsequent appearance on “The Tonight Show,” even admitting to Jimmy Fallon that she learned she was allergic to the things.

The star also charmingly made fun of the whole incident in a 2024 promo for “SNL.”

Johnson, who has been shooting a film in Rome, now resides in Beverly Hills.
