For the third time in four seasons, the New York Liberty will play in the WNBA in-season tournament’s title game.
A perfect 6-0 record in qualifying games earned the Liberty a spot in the WNBA Commissioner’s Cup Championship, where they’ll play the Las Vegas Aces in a rematch of the 2023 Commissioner’s Cup Championship (which the Liberty won).
The Aces, who secured their place in today’s game with a 6-1 qualifying record, will be without star A’ja Wilson, who was ruled out with a leg injury.
