Jane Seymour is happy to be aging without any assistance.
The “Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman” alum, 75, revealed her secret to aging naturally is as simple as “no lasers” and “no fillers.”
“This is what happens,” she gushed to Page Six exclusively at the 2026 Songwriters Hall of Fame Gala earlier this month, admitting that she isn’t “trying to be 30 when [she’s] 75.”
“I mean, maybe 60 would be nice,” she quipped.
“I’ve been playing a lot of older women,” Seymour explained. “And the truth is, for me personally, the kind of acting that I do is not about glamour, it’s more about serious emotion, and for real authentic emotion, you need every muscle to work.”
The former Bond girl also shared that she’s the happiest she’s ever been, celebrating various milestones in her career and her personal life.
“I’m on a show that I love, ‘Harry Wild,’ my fifth season,” she said. “Who has a series when they’re 75? Nobody. I’m starting a great movie in Australia later this year, I’ve got a one-woman art show in New Jersey, my family is great, I’m surrounded by music.”
Seymour debuted a new collection of watercolor paintings at the “Vibrant Visions and Healing Hearts” exhibit at Ocean Galleries in Stone Harbor, NY, on June 12-14.
Among her professional achievements, Seymour is also celebrating her recent engagement to singer-songwriter John Zambetti after three years of dating.
Elsewhere on the red carpet, the Emmy winner said to Us Weekly, “Someone decided they wanted to be with me for the rest of their lives. My singer-songwriter.”
Seymour told Page Six that Zambetti is “still writing music and now I [have] become his muse. So now I have a singer-songwriter in the house, which is amazing.”
This will be Seymour’s fifth walk down the aisle.
She was previously married to theater director Michael Attenborough from 1971 to 1973, author Geoffrey Planer from 1977 to 1978, business manager David Flynn from 1981 to 1992 and actor James Keach from 1993 to 2015.
The “Battlestar Galactica” actress first debuted her romance with Zambetti on Instagram in October 2023.
