A painting competition on the theme “Landscape and Biodiversity of Kukkarahalli Kere” will be held at Kukkarahalli Lake on Sunday as part of the ‘Kukkarahalli Kere Habba’ celebrations.
The competition will take place from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. at the pavilion inside the lake premises near the Railway Gate entrance.
The event is open exclusively to PU and degree students, with attractive prizes for the winners.
Organisers said participants need to bring only their painting materials, as drawing sheets will be provided at the venue. Participation is limited to 50 students, and registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Kukkarahalli Kere Habba is jointly organised by Water Forum Mysuru, Mysore School of Architecture, Ananya Outreach, Bengaluru Sustainability Forum and the University of Mysore.
