
Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model Gabriela Moura had herself a time at the opening match between Brazil and Morocco at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
The 21-year-old Brazilian influencer shared a passionate message to her country after the 90-minute battle ended in a 1-1 tie at New York New Jersey Stadium, aka MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford.
“Amo ser brasileira,” Moura captioned an Instagram post, which translates in Spanish to “I love being Brazilian.”
She is seen dancing in a TikTok video before the match, captioned, “Mood because Brasil is winning today.”
After a draw with Morocco, Brazil will head to Philadelphia to face Haiti on June 19, and wrap up group play against Scotland in Miami on June 24.
Moura is open about being a proud Brazil native across her social media platforms.
She moved to the U.S. at 17-years-old to pursue a career in the fashion industry, and since has become a successful content creator with her fashion, beauty and lifestyle content.
The brunette beauty has nearly 12 million followers on TikTok and another 3.1 million on Instagram.
Moura made her Sports Illustrated Swimsuit debut in 2026 after traveling to Fort Myers, Fla., for her first photoshoot with the magazine.
She walked in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Runway Show during Swim Week in Miami Beach in May.
Before that, Moura made her runway debut at the 2025 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.
She’s also landed partnerships with big brands including Neutrogena, YSL, L’Oreal, Meta and more.
Moura and fellow content creator Josh Richards, who is a co-host of the “BFFs” podcast, have been dating since 2023.
