Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau pack on the PDA during a picnic in Santa Barbara

Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau were photographed getting cozy during a romantic picnic at a Southern California park.

The “Teenage Dream” songstress and the former Canadian Prime Minister passionately kissed while lying down on a blanket in Santa Barbara on Saturday.

Perry gently placed herself on top of Trudeau and stared at him adoringly before going in for a smooch.

The couple was joined by Perry’s 5-year-old daughter, Daisy, whom she shares with ex Orlando Bloom and another young boy.

Perry, 41, and Trudeau, 54, appeared relaxed as they watched the kids play in the distance, accompanied by another woman.

At one point, the group sat together to enjoy a meal before taking off in a vintage Jeep-like car with Perry in the driver’s seat.

Perry and the politician sparked romance rumors in July 2025 when they were seen dining at Le Violon in Montreal ahead of the hitmaker’s “Lifetimes” tour stop.

Earlier that month, the “E.T.” songstress confirmed she and Bloom had called off their engagement after 10 years together.

Trudeau and Perry confirmed their relationship when they were seen getting hot and heavy while vacationing on a yacht off the coast of California.

They later took their romance Instagram official with sweet photos from their Tokyo trip in December, and spent the holidays together.

Most recently, Trudeau and Perry attended the premiere of the latter’s concert movie, “Katy Perry: The Lifetimes Tour – Live from Paris” at the Tribeca Film Festival last week.

The event marked the duo’s first red carpet appearance, and the “Wide Awake” songstress couldn’t help but gush over her beau while talking to reporters.

While talking to music journalist Tomás Mier at a Q&A, Perry described Trudeau as “the love of [her] life.”

“I feel like I’m more grounded now personally in so many aspects of my life,” she said, sharing how Trudeau helps her be more anchored.

Trudeau separated from his estranged wife, Sophie Grégoire, after 18 years together in August 2023. The exes share three kids.

Toxic mix of chaos and drudgery turns Meta’s AI unit into a real-world hell: ‘Soul-crushing’

A new unit at Meta devoted to artificial intelligence is turning into real-world hell for employees, according to a new report.

At a live-streamed meeting earlier this month reported by Wired, a disgruntled person interrupted speakers to go on an expletive-filled tirade about “being the company’s b—h,” raving that an unnamed Meta AI exec should be told, “he’s a piece of s–t.”

One of the presenters reportedly covered their face with their hands before the meeting’s leaders told everyone to hit the mute button, though rank-and-file workers continued to make comments about it, Wired reported.

The incident highlights growing frustration inside Meta’s Applied AI team, which was formed in March to support the work of AI researchers at Meta Superintelligence Labs – and comes as anxiety has lingered after a brutal round of layoffs targeting 8,000 employees last month.

Wired reported widespread dissatisfaction with how Mark Zuckerberg’s Meta assembled the unit of about 6,500 engineers and product managers, finding employees are fed up with the drudge work they say is required of them to improve AI models.

“It’s literally the gulag,” an unnamed worker told Wired. “You have zero purpose in life all of a sudden, you barely interact with anyone, you just have these tasks every week.”

The tasks reportedly include creating puzzles to test the reliability of Meta and others’ AI models. Meta workers called the work easy compared to the software development they previously did, but complained that it’s menial and say “almost all” employees seem unhappy.

“Most people find the work soul-crushing,” a second employee was quoted as saying.

Another worker called their job “mechanical and not creative,” complaining they’re “not using their full skill set and knowledge.”

Instead of developing social media apps for billions of people, they’ve found themselves slogging through data to prepare it for hundreds of AI scientists to feed to computer chips.

In another sign of employee discontent, more than 1,600 workers reportedly signed a petition calling on Meta stop a recent initiative to monitor US employees’ keyboard and mouse activity in order to generate AI training data.

Meta chief product officer Chris Cox addressed the “difficult” and “brutal” conditions created by the “insanity of this company” during a recent meeting for Instagram employees, according to Wired. He cheered workers’ efforts, which he compared to “running a marathon in the middle of a hailstorm and then, like, your teammate gets replaced and then we’re recording you.”

“It’s like what the f–k,” he reportedly said twice, drawing snickers.

Cox said he and other leaders needed to “get in touch with the company again” and “not be overearnest” about the power of AI, according to Wired.

“It is neither god, nor is it the devil,” he was quoted as saying. “And it’s nowhere near as good as you think it is, and it is nowhere near as bad as you think it is. And it changes every week … and it doesn’t know what day of the week it is.”

Zuckerberg reportedly acknowledged that recent organizational changes had ruffled feathers across the company.

“Given the complexity of these changes, we’ve made mistakes and will almost certainly make more,” he wrote in an internal memo this month, according to Wired. “As we navigate this period, I’m also focused on providing as much stability going forward as possible.”

He reportedly said he would not carry out additional mass layoffs this year, adding he would limit the number of employees per manager. On teams including Applied AI, there were cases of one manager overseeing 50 workers.

Zuckerberg also sought to foster goodwill by saying he would increase budgets for team events.

His memo addressed the situation at the Applied AI team, using the division’s acronym, too.

“Work like [Applied AI] is critical to advancing our models and it lets very talented people contribute to those efforts while we create other roles they can contribute to around Meta over the coming months as well,” he wrote, according to Wired.

Meta declined to comment to Wired and did not immediately respond to a Post request for comment.

Six men allegedly kidnapped two people at vacation resort, tortured them at boat ramp

Six men allegedly kidnapped two people at a Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort in Florida and tortured them, according to officials.

The incident took place starting on the night of May 29 at Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort with one of the suspects “pressuring” a victim as well as a witness to go to a car show in a remote part of Broward County, Florida, according to a recently unsealed court document. Saul Alfonso Fajardo, 19, Justin Phihoang Le, 20, Amari Tamire Hill, 21, Anthony Teruel Hernandez, 18, Marikevies McNichols Jr., 19, and Weilen Hernandez, 20, were charged with kidnapping and conspiracy to commit kidnapping.

Two victims, who weren’t identified in court documents, allegedly met up with “Saul” at the Margaritaville parking garage as well as a female suspect. After getting to the parking garage, the two victims were forced into two cars at gunpoint by several people, according to court documents.

Officials said that Hill slammed one of the victims onto a car and forced him into the passenger seat. Phihoang then allegedly told the victim “If you try to get out, I’m going to end your life,” further saying “I am going to kill you and your family.” The victim complied, fearing for his life.

An FBI agent wrote in an affidavit that all people were armed with semiautomatic weapons and were wearing “shiesty” masks with latex gloves on.

The other victim was forced into a separate car, according to the documents.

The complaint states that Phihoang allegedly demanded that one of the victims give him money if he wanted to live, then forced him to call friends to try to get the money.

“If I don’t get my money, every 10 minutes I’m going to take one of your fingernails,” Phihoang allegedly told the victim.

The victim “observed a pair of pliers inside the car and believed they were going to pull his fingernails off, so he continued calling people in an attempt to get money,” according to the criminal complaint. The victim in the other car was allegedly held at gunpoint.

Both victims would be taken to a location one of the suspects referred to as “the spot,” which was the West Broward Boat Ramp.

Once they were there, the FBI agent said both victims were “forced to kneel at gunpoint,” adding that one of the suspects saw a tattoo on a victim. The two were allegedly robbed of their personal belongings, including phones, jewelry, clothing and other personal items. One of the victims was allegedly forced to send $400 through Zelle.

“I’m gonna burn the tattoo off of you, you don’t deserve to have it. I’m going to torture you,” Phihoang allegedly said.

“Don’t cry,” he allegedly said. “I will kill your family if you go to the police. We are not done.”

The suspects even forced the two victims to strip in their underwear while demanding money, according to the complaint, which added that Hill fired a round into the air while he was on a video call “in an attempt to let the person on the phone know they were serious.”

The suspects at one point became concerned that the second victim’s ankle monitor could disclose their location to police, and allegedly dropped him off within a subdivision of Cooper City, where the victim walked to a relative’s home in nothing but underwear.

The other victim allegedly observed the suspects “burning something” at the boat ramp, then heard someone say “We have to burn the evidence,” according to the FBI agent. That’s when the victim, “in fear for his life,” began faking a seizure.

After the suspects put the victim into a car, one of the men “began to panic” and threw the victim out of the car, where he made his way to safety.

Authorities allegedly recovered burned clothing and more of the victims’ items at the boat ramp, as well as surveillance videos.

Messages between the unidentified female suspect and Fajardo allegedly confirm that the first victim was assaulted.

“He got jump injuries,” one of the messages read. “DELETE INSTA.”

Fox News Digital reached out to lawyers for all suspects named for comment.

Knifeman, 16, is shot dead by cops after terrorizing his mom and her boyfriend in Santa Ana

Santa Ana police on Sunday night shot and killed a crazed teen armed with a knife — after a bizarre attack that left the teen’s mother injured and her boyfriend with stab wounds.

The incident began around 10:30 p.m. when a 53-year-old man called police and said his girlfriend’s son was high or drunk, vandalizing property inside their apartment and had stabbed him with a knife, a press release issued by the Santa Ana Police Department said.

Sanata Ana police shot a teenager armed with a knife, officials said. Citizen

Officers responded to the man’s residence at 3400 S. Main St. in Santa Ana and found the 16-year-old still armed with the knife. Officers shot the teen, who died at the scene.

“Our officers were presented with a very complex situation,” Santa Ana police spokesperson Natalie Garcia told The Post.

“Our concern in a family dispute like that is just to de-escalate and try to get the cooperation of all parties involved, regardless of age,” Garcia explained.

“Unfortunately, in the situation, the 16-year-old was armed with a lethal weapon, and our officers engaged him, and that’s when the officer involved shooting occurred,” Garcia added.

The Santa Ana Police Department’s Homicide Unit, the Internal Affairs Division, and the Orange County District Attorney’s Office are investigating the shooting, Garcia said.
