Swift apology from ESPN’s Monica McNutt after calling out front-running Taylor Swift.
McNutt accused the superstar of jumping on the Knicks bandwagon after rooting for the Cavaliers earlier in the playoffs.
“Is that Taylor Swift? She’s not a Knicks fan. Get her out of here, girl.” McNutt said she misspoke but you can be sure Swift will be in the lead float with the Sister Nuns of San Antonio if the Spurs come back and win.

For working Americans with access to a 401(k), there’s perhaps no easier way to save for retirement.
You tell your employer how much money you want to contribute per year or per pay period, and that money gets deducted from your paychecks accordingly.
Plus, if you’re lucky, you may not only have access to a 401(k) plan but also a workplace match.
That’s free money you can invest alongside your own contributions.
But a lot of 401(k) savers overlook a big financial risk that could become a problem later on in retirement.
And if you’re saving in a 401(k), it’s something you absolutely need to know about.
Required minimum distributions can create a costly surprise
One of the biggest risks of saving in a 401(k) is required minimum distributions (RMDs).
Once you turn 73 or 75, depending on the year you were born, you’re forced to withdraw a certain amount from a 401(k) each year or otherwise risk a large penalty.
RMDs aren’t just annoying.
They could push you into a higher tax bracket in retirement, cause you to get taxed on your Social Security benefits, and leave you paying surcharges on your Medicare premiums.

Of course, the larger your 401(k) balance is once RMDs start, the larger those mandatory withdrawals are apt to be. But if you don’t need to withdraw all that money each year, it could create a huge headache.
And if you contribute steadily to a 401(k) over decades, all the while investing in the stock market, it’s conceivable that you could have a few million dollars sitting in that account by the time you reach the age when RMDs begin.
That’s a good problem to have – but it’s a problem nonetheless.
Planning ahead is crucial
While RMDs could become a big hassle for you if you have your retirement savings in a 401(k), there’s one way to make them less of a problem: Do Roth conversions before they begin.
With a Roth conversion, you move some (or all) of the money from your 401(k) into a Roth IRA. Roth IRA withdrawals are not taxable and are not subject to RMDs.
Another option is to carefully manage 401(k) withdrawals before RMDs begin.
RMDs, starting at age 73 or 75, can push retirees into higher tax brackets and tax Social Security. Vitalii Vodolazskyi – stock.adobe.com
Taking larger withdrawals during lower-income years could reduce your future tax burden.
For example, you may have a period when you retire from your job and only live on Social Security for a while.
That could be a good time to do Roth conversions or strategically withdraw from your 401(k).
While 401(k)s make it easier for some people to accumulate retirement wealth, they have a huge potential drawback.
It’s important to understand how RMDs might affect your taxes and overall financial situation in retirement so you can plan around them.
Emma Raducanu overcame an injury scare to beat Kamilla Rakhimova 6-3 7-5 and join fellow Briton Katie Boulter in the Queen’s semi-finals.
The British number one had to go off court for medical treatment in the second set after slipping while attempting to change direction on the grass.
Returning to Andy Murray Arena with her left thigh strapped up, Raducanu lost her serve as she struggled to regain the momentum she had before her fall.
With Raducanu’s coaching team loudly encouraging her, the 2021 US Open champion had to dig deep as her opponent sought to take advantage.
The Briton regained her form to break Rakhimova’s serve and lead 5-4, but could not seal victory on her serve as the Russian-born Uzbek fought back.
However, she broke Rakhimova again and finally clinched her place in the semi-finals with her third match point.
“It was really tricky, she played some incredible tennis and got a lot of balls back,” Raducanu told BBC TV. “It was an up-and-down match and I’m really grateful for the support I had in some tough moments.
“It was tough to take the fall, I was in a good spot in the match and I found it tough to regroup, but I am proud how I did that with the help of you guys here.
“It’s incredible for British tennis to have two semi-finalists and is a great achievement. It’s great to see and I’m wishing Katie well.”
The 23-year-old will return later on Saturday to face American teenager Iva Jovic for a place in Sunday’s final, while Boulter takes on Croatia’s Donna Vekic.
Raducanu achieved her first win against a top-20 opponent in over a year by beating Romanian world number 18 Sorana Cirstea on Friday, but was unable to start her quarter-final last night.
Having dropped her serve in the third game against Rakhimova, Raducanu took control of the match after play was interrupted in bizarre circumstances.
Attempting to serve out at 40-0, Raducanu was forced to delay her serve several times because of the noise of military aircraft taking part in the King’s Trooping the Colour flypast in central London.
Once the Red Arrows had flown over the west London club, Raducanu wrapped up the service game and powered through the rest of the first set.
She has yet to lose a set in the tournament but now faces the prospect of having to win two matches in a day to continue her excellent run this week.
Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson recently got a scare that would rattle just about any man.
While showering one Friday night, the 54-year-old actor and professional wrestler discovered a painful lump on his left testicle, sending his mind racing.
Days later, his doctor told him it could be one of two things: epididymitis, a common inflammatory condition, or cancer.

But with a full day of “Jumanji” promotional appearances on his schedule, Johnson had to wait until the following morning for an ultrasound. Until then, all he could do was wait.
“I had to live with that for those twenty-four hours, not knowing — and I had to be on all day, joking around, making speeches,” the “Moana” star told Esquire in a recent interview.
“By the way: I’m fine,” he said. “But I didn’t know that then, and the thing was really painful.”
Fortunately, the lump turned out not to be cancer. Johnson was diagnosed with epididymitis, which affects roughly 600,000 men in the US every year.
Here’s everything you need to know about the condition — and what to do if you notice a concerning change down below.
What is epididymitis?
It’s an inflammation of the epididymis, a small coiled tube behind the testicle that stores and transports sperm.
While it’s relatively common, experts say most men have never heard of the condition.
“When they develop pain, swelling or feel a lump, many guys immediately worry about testicular cancer or another emergency like torsion,” Dr. Jamin Vinod Brahmbhatt, a board-certified urologist with Orlando Health, told The Post.
“I’ve had epididymitis myself, and the pain can be pretty intense, so it’s understandable why people get concerned.”

What are the symptoms?
“The most common symptoms are pain, swelling and tenderness on one side of the scrotum or ball,” Brahmbhatt said. “It may feel like a worm around your testicle.”
Some men experience urinary symptoms, including pain while urinating or a frequent urge to go. Others may notice discharge from the penis or even blood in their semen.
Pain can also spread into the groin, lower abdomen or pelvis. In some cases, men develop fever and chills.
What causes it?
Among younger, sexually active men, sexually transmitted infections such as gonorrhea and chlamydia are the most common culprits, according to the Cleveland Clinic.
For men over 35, epididymitis is more often caused by bacteria that travel from the urinary tract into the epididymis. E. coli is the most common offender, although other infections — including mumps and tuberculosis — can also trigger the condition.
Less commonly, epididymitis can result from a blocked urethra, a prostate infection, a groin injury, catheter use or even certain medications.

Can it be treated?
Yes — but the approach depends on what’s causing the inflammation.
If bacteria are to blame, doctors typically prescribe antibiotics. Without proper treatment, bacterial epididymitis generally won’t resolve on its own.
Most patients begin feeling better within a few days of starting antibiotics, although lingering discomfort can sometimes last for weeks or even months.
To ease symptoms at home, doctors often recommend rest, scrotal support or elevation, ice packs, plenty of fluids and over-the-counter pain medication.
In cases linked to medications — such as the heart rhythm drug amiodarone — physicians may lower the dose or switch patients to another treatment.
Severe cases are rare, but surgery may sometimes be necessary to remove one or both epididymides or, in extreme situations, a testicle.
Can it lead to complications?
“If left untreated, epididymitis can lead to chronic pain, persistent swelling and occasionally more serious infections or fertility issues,” Brahmbhatt said. “The good news is that most cases respond well when diagnosed and treated early.”
What should men do if they experience symptoms?
“I think every man should know their normal anatomy,” Brahmbhatt said. “You don’t need to obsess over self-exams, but if you know what’s normal, you’re more likely to notice when something changes.”
“Any new pain, swelling or lump should be checked out, and sudden severe pain should be treated as an emergency because conditions like testicular torsion need immediate attention.”
If it appeared like the Spurs had no clue what they were doing for the final 24 minutes of Game 4, that actually may have been the case.
A damning video has emerged showing San Antonio in complete defensive disarray before its fateful final defensive possession in which OG Anunoby tipped in an offensive rebound with 1.2 seconds remaining to complete the Knicks’ 29-point rally in the biggest comeback victory in NBA Finals history.
An overhead video shows several Spurs players pointing at different Knicks players with 5.7 seconds remaining in the 107-106 loss, seemingly in mass confusion.

After De’Aaron Fox made arguably one of the worst decisions in NBA history to attempt a layup while leading 106-105 with roughly 11 seconds left only to be blocked by Anunoby, the Knicks called a timeout and subbed in Landry Shamet for Josh Hart and Mikal Bridges for Jose Alvarado.
The Spurs kept their same five on the floor — Fox, Stephon Castle, Dylan Harper, Devin Vassell and Victor Wembanyama — and it seems they did not expect the lineup change.
Harper flashed his eyes to the sideline while the Knicks took the court, seemingly unsure of who he should be guarding on the play.
Fox pointed to an unguarded Shamet, seemingly indicating that someone should be on him, while the uneasiness among the Spurs grew.
Several players started pointing in different directions, with Castle actually holding out his hands in a manner that indicated, “What is going on?”
Castle and Wembanyama both went toward Karl-Anthony Towns, all while Shamet remained unguarded.

Wembanyama eventually went out to Bridges, while Harper grabbed Landry.
The Spurs had a man on each Knick on the court while Fox played rover, and they made the curious decision to leave the inbounder, Anunoby, unoccupied.
This call loomed large when Fox opted to double team Jalen Brunson with Wembanyama, which allowed the Knicks to have a 4-on-3 chance at the rim when Brunson missed a long 3.
Anunoby ran free toward the hoop and jumped above a pair of Spurs defenders to tip in the rebound in the play that could be what ultimately lost the series for the Spurs.
Spurs coach Mitch Johnson called the tip in a combination of a great play by Anunoby, plus a breakdown by his defense.
Fox seemingly just standing around after Brunson shot the ball, adding to his already brutal night.
“Yeah, bounce off the rim the right way. He tipped it in the right way. It went in,” Harper said after one of the worst defeats in franchise history. “I could play wish I could have did this, wish I could have did that. But at the end of the day he tipped the ball, and it went in the rim.I definitely thought I had a hand on it. I definitely think I helped put the ball in the rim. But just got to box out.”
A Swedish World Cup fan is falling head over heels for a hidden valley of American flavor.
Stockholm-native Elsa Thora, 24, touched down in America for the first time in Indiana on June 8 — and quickly developed a new obsession with ranch dressing.

“It was amazing. I’ve said to lots of people that I won’t be able to live without it now. I’m gonna either have to try to order some online or make some myself,” she said.
“I don’t think it exists in Sweden … I’ve never ever seen it in Sweden, I’ve never seen it in the UK.”
Thora described the everything dressing as “crack” and has used it on French fries, burgers, and bacon wrapped tater tots.
She’s also been charmed by American friendliness.
“People just talk to you, like random people, they say ‘hi’ on the street. It’s been the same in San Francisco, so far, to be fair as well,” she told The Post. “That does not happen in Sweden at all … people are very anti-social there, you barely speak to your neighbor.”
Thora said even small things which Americans take for granted seemed magical.

“The school buses are really cool, the firetrucks, obviously the diners are really cool. It’s literally all like the movies, I feel like I’m in a movie right now,” she said, adding that school buses are not used in Sweden.
She was also shocked to find that Amish people “are real,” according to an X post.

“I saw some Amish people and a horse and carriage, that was kind of crazy,” she said.
Thora spent a few days driving through Indiana before heading to San Francisco, and has her sights set on Dallas for Sweden’s June 25 match against Japan — then the New York City area for the England vs. Panama game on June 27, where she plans to stay through America’s 250th anniversary celebration on July 4
“I’m really looking forward to the Fourth of July … I just love how patriotic you guys are as well,” she said.

Thora said she would love to make this American dream permanent.
“I’d love to move to the USA! But it’s so hard for Europeans to move,” she said.
German-born influencer Fiago, real name Finn Agostinelli, is touring Chicago and is mesmerized by tailgating.
“I fell in love with the tailgating before sporting events! We don’t really have that culture in Europe,” he told The Post. “The atmosphere is beautiful. Everyone invites you to their truck, gives you food and drinks, we made so many new friends!”
A touring Scotsman who goes by Shaun has had his stomach captured by America.
“Every Scottish person in America needs to immediately try chicken fried steak, and you’ll realize we and the Americans are kindred spirits,” he wrote on X.
That caught the attention of Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, who replied: “Haha chicken fried steak is as Americana as it gets!”
The young royal made a series of silly faces while standing next to his family. In one shot, the prince made a surprised look as he peered out into the crowd.
Louis was joined by his siblings, Princess Charlotte, 11, and Prince George, 12, their parents — Prince William, 43, and Kate Middleton, 44 — and King Charles, 77, and Queen Camilla, 78, on the balcony of Buckingham Palace.
For their last activity, the royal family members watched the Royal Air Force’s flypast.

According to a lip reader at the time, Louis asked, “Should I wave?”
George allegedly responded, “It’s up to you,” before adding he couldn’t “believe how sunny it” was outside.
The lip reader claimed Louis told George, “Let’s do it together.”
After the event — which marked Middleton’s first public appearance since revealing her cancer battle — ended, the rest of Louis’ family members turned to walk inside. However, he couldn’t help but give one more nod to the crowd.
Louis frantically waved over his shoulder while flashing a huge smile.
Soon after, social media users flocked to X to share their love for the royal member.

The United States and Iran could sign a peace deal within 24 hours, Pakistan Prime Minister Shevaz Sharif claimed Saturday.
Pakistan, which has been the primary mediator and facilitator of peace negotiations between Tehran and Washington, is prepared for an electronic signing that could happen by tomorrow, according to Reuters.

But Iran has denied any deal is imminent.
A deal to end the months-long Middle East conflict will not be signed on Sunday, Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei said Saturday, according to Iran state media.
However, Baghaei acknowledged that a deal could be signed in the coming days.
Some details of the apparent agreement emerged Friday with the Trump administration vowing Iran would not see any financial benefits from the deal, and would have to earn sanctions relief.
“We have structured this in a way where it’s not built around trust, it’s built around physical milestones, it’s built around action, and it’s built around verification,” a senior administration official told reporters Friday.
