Porsche has unveiled its vision for the ultimate “toy” to park in the garage, particularly for drivers who are young at heart.
The sports car brand designed three special versions of the Porsche 911 to celebrate the Toy Story movies, each inspired by a key character.
Set to be auctioned in support of children’s charities, including the Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, the American Red Cross, and Starlight Children’s Foundation, the cars are expected to raise millions of dollars for good causes.

California Democrats unleashed a scathing attack on World Cup fans — saying they shouldn’t tune in to the tournament if their politics don’t align with the left.
In a series of posts on social media, the California Democratic Party proclaimed that certain people were “not allowed to watch” the World Cup if they held certain political beliefs.

“You’re not allowed to watch the World Cup if you’ve ever voted against immigration,” the party wrote on X.
“You’re not allowed to watch the World Cup if you’ve ever spoken out against DEI,” it added in a follow-up post.
“You’re not allowed to watch the World Cup if you only want people to speak English,” the party wrote in a third.
The posts led to to mass blowback from critics who found the declarations distasteful.
“Their attitude towards all of America. You’re not allowed unless we say you’re allowed,” one user responded.
“Nobody voted against legal immigration, we voted against illegal immigration. I’m saying this as an immigrant myself,” another added.
“Why? I don’t even understand the logic to this post,” a third chimed in.

The step-grandmother who helped raise Timothy Hudson, the 16-year-old accused of sexually abusing and killing his stepsister Anna Kepner, wants the teens’ father to be charged for allowing them to drink and share a room on the fatal cruise trip.
Sonya Ziske defended Hudson — telling CBS News she “100%” believes “that alcohol” and “missing meds have everything to do” with the alleged murder, which Hudson insists he has no memory of.
She instead wants Hudson and Kepner’s father, Christopher Kepner, as well as his wife, Hudson’s mom Shauntel Kepner, to face charges for what she called their “lack of parental supervision on a floating city that is usually like Sin City.”

“Not giving medication, or making sure you have the medication before you leave, and the drinking and putting three teenagers — two boys and a girl — in a room together that were not raised together,” she told CBS News.
“It’s just a recipe for disaster.”
Kepner, a bubbly, 18-year-old high school cheerleader, was found dead wrapped in a blanket and life jackets under her bed while on a Caribbean Carnival Cruise with family members in November in a cabin where she and Hudson had been rooming together on the six-day vacation.
Officials determined that Kepner was strangled and had been sexually assaulted. Hudson was charged with her murder — first as a juvenile and then as an adult.
Ziske — Shauntel Kepner’s stepmom — helped raise the accused killer, and denied reports that he was “raised to think of [Anna Kepner] as a sister.”

Hudson told his family that he has no memory of what happened, and Ziske “absolutely” believes it was due to a mixture of his medication — or lack of it — and booze. She said his story has remained consistent.
“He truly does not remember,” Ziske said. “Timothy has said that they were drinking. I believe 100% those kids were drinking on the ship.”
“He did not change from all the interviews that he has had. He has not changed what he has said at all. If there was any type of memory there, he wouldn’t be able to say the same exact thing,” Ziske insisted.
Shauntel and Chris Kepner have previously denied the children were drinking through their attorney during a family court hearing related to a custody battle, according to CBS News.

Shauntel Kepner’s attorney, Millicent Athanason, told a previous hearing that “there are videotapes on the ship that confirmed that there was absolutely no drinking.
Hudson has pleaded not guilty to the charges and, despite being charged as an adult, a federal judge has allowed him to stay with maternal uncle ahead of his trial.
Ziske claimed Christopher and Shauntel Kepner are unfit to have custody of the remaining children after Anna’s death on the cruise ship.
Shauntel “kept them isolated from everybody over here. From their dad, from their grandparents. From all of us,” Ziske said. “So, I don’t know the past two years. Like, if he was angry, or his mental state, I don’t know any of that.”
CBS News said an attorney for Chris and Shauntel Kepner did not respond to a request for comment.
Your favorite Korean skincare brand just made its move into haircare, and the results are worth talking about.
When Medicube announced its new Rosemary PDRN Purify & Nourish Shampoo and Conditioner Set, I was immediately intrigued. The brand has built a devoted following with skincare products that blend buzzy ingredients with visible results (trust me, I know), so naturally I was curious to see whether that same approach could translate to haircare.
After several weeks of using the shampoo and conditioner consistently, I can confidently say this wasn’t just another trendy formula. My hair looked fuller, felt healthier and appeared noticeably longer.
Victoria McDonnell
As someone who is constantly trying to grow out my hair, I know that length isn’t always the issue — breakage is often the real culprit. No matter how much your hair grows, it can seem stuck at the same length if the ends continue snapping off. That’s why the changes I noticed with this duo felt especially significant.
Also significant? The eucalyptus, fresh scent that gently rises from both formulas when you lather and apply into your hair. It’s divine, and I have a new favorite at-home spa day duo when I want to take the “everything shower.”
The experience started strong from the very first wash. The shampoo left my scalp feeling deeply cleansed without making my hair feel stripped or dry. The conditioner delivered softness and hydration while still keeping my hair light and bouncy. Instead of sacrificing volume for moisture, I felt like I was getting both.
A few weeks in, I started noticing that my hair simply looked better. It had more lift at the roots, more fullness through the lengths and a healthier overall appearance. The biggest surprise, though, was the length. My hair looked longer than it had in months. I was seeing less breakage during brushing and styling, which meant I was finally retaining the growth I had been working toward.
Why is PDRN good for your hair
If you’ve spent any time following Korean beauty trends, you’ve probably heard of PDRN. The ingredient has become a skincare favorite thanks to its association with repair and regeneration, and now it’s beginning to appear in haircare formulas as well.
The thinking is simple: healthy hair starts with a healthy scalp. PDRN is often included in products designed to support and nourish the scalp, helping create an environment where hair can thrive. While skincare enthusiasts have been singing its praises for years, seeing it make the jump into haircare feels like a natural next step.
Part of what excited me about Medicube’s launch is that it takes an ingredient people already know and love from skincare and applies it to another area of the beauty routine that deserves just as much attention. After all, why shouldn’t your hair reap the same benefits as your skin?
Why is rosemary good for your hair?
Rosemary has become one of the most talked-about haircare ingredients in recent years and for good reason. It has long been associated with supporting scalp health and maintaining stronger, healthier-looking hair.
In Medicube’s formula, rosemary helps create that refreshing, invigorating feeling that makes your scalp feel genuinely clean after washing. It transforms a basic shower routine into something that feels a little more elevated and intentional.
Combined with PDRN, rosemary helps position this duo as more than just another shampoo and conditioner set. It feels like skincare for your scalp and hair.
It’s worth it, no questions asked
After weeks of washing with the Rosemary PDRN Purify & Nourish Shampoo and Conditioner Set, my hair looked thicker, fuller and longer. Those are three claims that beauty brands make all the time, but rarely do I see all three reflected in my own results.
Medicube may be best known for skincare, but if this launch is any indication, the brand’s expansion into haircare is off to an impressive start.

President Trump expressed frustration with Iran after its foreign ministry said Tehran “had not reached a final conclusion” on any peace agreement.
The president called them “very dishonorable people to deal with” and warned, “they had better get their act together and fast!”
“The terms that Iran leaked out to the Fake News have NOTHING to do with the terms that were agreed to, in writing…” – President Donald J. Trump pic.twitter.com/y9qA9rXOCQ
Iranian state media reported that Tehran will negotiate with the US to retain the country’s uranium enrichment capabilities. It also reported that Iran has not agreed to ceding management of the Strait of Hormuz and wants the release of $24 billion of Iran’s frozen funds as “compensation” for damage incurred from the bombing campaign.
Trump blasted the reports as having “no relation to the truth.”
“What they said, including their weak and pathetic statement on having a deal, bears no relation to the truth,” the president wrote on Truth Social.
Trump said on Thursday the deal was in its final stages of negotiation and that Iran had agreed to end its nuclear program. He said it could be signed as early as this weekend.
Thousands of users appeared to be affected by a widespread outage impacting Instagram, Facebook and Messenger on Friday, with reports flooding social media and outage-tracking site Downdetector.
Downdetector showed a sharp spike in Instagram reports, rising from a baseline of 25 complaints to several thousand as users reported being logged out, unable to load the app or unable to access their accounts.
Frustrated users quickly took to Downdetector’s comment section to vent. One user wrote that they were met with a “Blank page,” while another said they were “logged out of my account out of nowhere” and unable to sign back in.
The outage appeared to stretch beyond Instagram. On X, users reported being kicked out of Facebook and Messenger, only to be greeted by error messages when attempting to log back in.
“Anybody else just been logged out of Facebook messenger and can’t log back in? Unknown error,” one user posted, a complaint echoed by numerous others.
Another wrote: “Facebook down??? Got logged out and says query error.”
Some users said both Facebook and Messenger signed them out, while others questioned whether the disruption was global. One post claimed that “Facebook is down globally.”

A new study from Penn State College of Medicine found that engaging in as little as four minutes of four key exercises may be enough to support overall physical function in aging folk.
“The human body is designed to improve very quickly,” said lead author Christopher Sciamanna. “And just a few repetitions of an exercise performed regularly can lead to huge improvements. Exercise is about forward thinking — think about what you want to be able to do and train for it.”
The study examined the effects of strength training on adults aged 65 and older and found marked improvement in as little as 12 weeks. weyo – stock.adobe.com
Published in PLOS One, the study examined the effects of a minimal strength-training regimen on adults aged 65 and older — and found marked improvement in as little as 12 weeks.
Previous research has established that strength training can help people remain independent, recover from illness or injury, travel more easily and stay active later in life.
Experts suspect one barrier to committing to a strength-training routine is the belief that a serious time commitment is required to reap the benefits.
Yet Sciamanna and his team found that those benefits can be reaped in a shockingly short time.
“There are huge problems with people wanting to do exercise. If we can make it short, we’re partway there,” co-author Smita Dandekar assured.
Building on earlier research that found shorter routines just as effective as longer sets, the team tested a program called FAST (Functional Activity Strength Training)-2, which included four key exercises: push-ups, chair stands, two-arm rows and stair stepping.
About 100 participants, with an average age of 74, were assigned this exercise regimen or no regimen at all.
Those doing the exercise were given resistance bands and an adjustable stepper and instructed to perform each exercise for 30 seconds, followed by 30 seconds of rest.

Modifications, such as performing pushups with hands on a countertop or wall, or chair stands with hands on the knees, were allowed.
As the study continued and participants improved, they were asked to try more advanced versions of the exercises, dropping modifications when possible and increasing step height.
To measure progress, participants’ ability to stand up and stand on one leg was assessed at the beginning, middle, and end of the study.
“These indicators predict your future ability to go into a nursing home, your future likelihood of falling, and of developing difficulty walking,” Sciamanna said. “They give you a sense of whether or not you’re going to be able to be active in the future.”
Several studies have linked balance and stability to overall health.
In this latest study, researchers found that participants who followed the exercise regimen showed significant improvements in functional performance over three months. On average, the exercise cohort could do 4.2 more repetitions in a 30-second chair stand, 3.6 more seconds in one-legged stand time, and shaved 2.3 seconds off their sit-to-stand time.
“These changes point to related improvements in daily life fitness, such as standing up from a chair, climbing stairs, and walking,” said Sciamanna.
Results show that the brevity of the exercise program increased the likelihood that participants would commit to it, with participants completing the routine on 81% of days.
According to Sciamanna, this completion rate proves that the program can easily fit into stacked schedules and time constraints, factors that have historically discouraged aging adults from starting and maintaining a fitness practice.
“The findings are a promising indication that resistance training regimens do not have to be long to make a big difference in strength, mobility, and quality of life,” said Sciamanna.

A chaotic “horseplay” incident inside a Pasadena Police Department parking structure ended with one officer accidentally shooting another, according to newly released video and officials.
The shooting happened on Sept. 7, 2025, as officers were preparing to start their shift at the facility at 240 Ramona Street, Pasadena Police Chief Gene Harris said.
The department confirmed the case stemmed from “unsafe and out-of-policy horseplay involving loaded firearms.”

Footage released Wednesday shows a police vehicle moving through the structure toward a group of officers standing nearby.
In the video, one officer pulls his weapon in a “quick draw fashion” and points it at the approaching car before reholstering it.
Moments later, the officer inside the vehicle also draws his firearm, and it discharges. The bullet pierces the windshield and strikes another officer in the left shoulder.
Authorities said the injured officer has since recovered.

Chief Harris said the department held back the video beyond the 45-day release window required under California law due to serious injuries in the case, using statutory authority to extend the timeline to protect the investigation.
The shooting is still under criminal review by Pasadena Police Department’s robbery homicide and critical performance units, along with investigators from the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.

An internal administrative investigation has already been completed, and disciplinary action has been taken, Harris confirmed.
