A dozen flights were delivered at the Kempegowda International Airport on Thursday evening due to bad weather.
Airport officials said that there were 12 diversions and a few flights were also delayed.
Many airlines issued a travel advisory about the bad weather and that flight schedules were affected due this.
“Bad weather over Bengaluru has impacted flight schedules. We are closely monitoring the weather and doing our best to get you where you need to be, safely and smoothly,” said a passenger advisory issued by IndiGo.
India Meteorological Department (IMD) data said that the Kempegowda International Airpot receive 16.6 mm till 5.30 p.m.
